Double Stuffed Tacos

I just discovered a new version of doing tacos. It is YuMmY!!

You take a soft taco shell and put some refried beans on it. We usually add a little bit of sour cream and taco seasoning to the refried beans so it tastes a little better. (not a huge fan of regular refried beans.) Then you take a hard taco shell and put it in the middle of the soft taco covered with the bean dip. You can then dress your taco any way you like. We sometimes use just regular hamburger with taco seasoning or mix it up a bit and use chili instead of the hamburger. Lots of cheese, salsa, sour cream and tomatoes to top it off with.

It's a lot better for the kids to eat tacos this way because when the hard shells break...because they always do...the stuff stays in the soft taco shell.

It's pure genius!!!
